We chose the 8 inch milk glass pendant for a smaller corner of our living room where we have a reading chair. The soft glow is very pleasant in the evening and the glass looks lovely when the light is on. The simple cylinder shape fits well with the rest of our furniture and does not feel too modern or too traditional. The bronze hardware matches our floor lamp nicely. The pendant is well made and feels sturdy once it is mounted. The cord length gave us plenty of options for adjusting the height. Replaced an old flush mount in our long hallway with this milk glass pendant and the difference is night and day. The glass shade softens the light beautifully and the hallway finally feels warm instead of cold. We picked the 10 inch in bronze and it has just enough presence without crowding the space. The slim steel bands are a nice detail, very minimal and tasteful. Installation was straightforward with our electrician and he commented on how well the fixture was put together. The milk glass has a subtle handmade character to it that I really appreciate. Every guest notices it when they walk through.
