Mounted the 37 inch version in our living room corner next to a tall bookshelf. The brass frame with its hammered finish adds a sculptural element that draws the eye without overpowering the room. The shade creates a lovely pool of warm light for reading in the chair nearby. We like the artisan feel of it, knowing each one is a little different. Blends nicely with both our wood furniture and neutral walls. Really pleased with this piece.
