I was worried this might be too formal for our casual family room, but it fits right in. The design is so balanced – it has presence without overpowering the space. The cotton-linen shade diffuses the light so nicely that it’s comfortable for everyday use. We placed this in our dining area near the sideboard, and it’s exactly what the room needed.
