My husband and I have very different sleep schedules so I wanted a reading light that would not bother him at night. This swing arm sconce next to my side of the bed has been a wonderful solution. I swing the arm out over my book, the focused light is just right for reading without lighting up the whole room, and then I tuck it back against the wall when I am done. The little handle on the shade makes it really easy to aim the light exactly where I want. The bronze finish looks beautiful against our neutral bedding and wood headboard.
